Two-Blade Foil Cutter

There are two levels on both cutting wheels, ¼" apart (see illustration). It automatically cuts at one of two levels. The top level is for flange bottles; the lower level is for all other bottles. Two anti-slip rollers firmly guide the cutting wheels for a good, even cut.
