Shortages & Order Discrepancies
After we have shipped your order and after you have received your order, it is your responsibility to check the contents of the order immediately.

OUR OFFICE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT about any shortages or other discrepancies in your order.

Receipt is deemed to have taken place when USPS©, FedEx©, UPS© or any other carrier we use has documented that the package(s) have been delivered. No claims for shortages or discrepancies will be accepted after 48 hours from receipt.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If any visible damage to your package is noted upon receipt, please inform the carrier, then contact us.

Returns
If you wish to return an item, please notify the office by e-mail, telephone or fax within 5 business days of the delivery date of the merchandise, at which time we will issue a return authorization number (if return is approved). When your return is approved, we will send you a copy of the authorization form by your choice of either e-mail, fax, or regular mail.

You must clearly mark the return authorization code on the outside of the box the items are being returned in, and include a copy of the authorization form inside the box with the items. No returns will be accepted or acknowledged without a return authorization number issued by our company being clearly marked on the box.

There will be a minimum restocking fee of 25% assessed on all items accepted for return by The Corkscrew Shop which fall outside of our 100% money back guarantee service. There is no restocking fee for any item which is included in our 100% money back guarantee service.

If you requested express processing and/or express shipping and then return the merchandise, we will not refund either of these charges if the order was processed and shipped as requested.
