Ordering & Order Acceptance
YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION OR E-MAIL RECEIPT IS NOT A CONTRACT, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price.

After you place an order, The Corkscrew Shop will determine whether or not to fill the order. The Corkscrew Shop reserves the right to refuse to fill your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product, or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site.
By placing your order, you agree that The Corkscrew Shop's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to The Corkscrew Shop for the product giving rise to The Corkscrew Shop's liability.
The Corkscrew Shop makes no guarantee that any item listed on our web site will be available for sale at any specific time. While we endeavor to offer the widest selection of items for sale at all times, because of the dynamic nature of our business our inventories are constantly changing and these changes may not be fully reflected on our web site.
Prices stated on our web site or any other commercial postings are current at the time of posting, but may be subject to change without notice.
The Corkscrew Shop will ship items per buyer's request, at buyer's expense. The Corkscrew Shop recommends that every buyer purchase insurance for all items purchased. The Corkscrew Shop is not responsible for, and accepts no liability for, damages caused during shipping, and any damages incurred during shipping will void any and all guarantees. All claims for damages incurred during shipping should be directed to the shipping company.
100% Money Back Guarantee
All products that are off-the-shelf, stock items, and/or are othersie not "special order" can be returned for a 100% refund. Engraved or otherwise personalized items, special order items, closeout items, special clearance items, and items sold "as is" are not included in this guarantee.
If our company made the error we will gladly refund the shipping as well, otherwise all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
After owning our products for 7 days, we know that you will want to keep them and they will not be accepted for return under our 100% money back guarantee.
Exclusions From Guarantee
Larger quantities of corkscrews, wine accessories, barware, or other products, i.e. more than 5 items, may be accepted for return at our sole discretion - please contact us first. Larger quantities of products will probably not be accepted for return, or will be assessed a much larger restocking fee.
There are no returns on any engraved or otherwise personalized items, special order items, or closeout items. Special clearance items and items sold "as is" are not included in this guarantee.
Wholesale orders are not generally returnable. A restocking fee of at least 35% will be assessed on all wholesale orders that are returned.
Currency
All prices on our web site, unless specifically stated, are US dollars.
Payments
All orders are prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and e-checks through PayPal and Google Checkout. We also accept payments by check and money orders, however, these orders will not be processed until the funds have cleared the banking system.
Retail Order Processing Times
All custom engraved or etched items, and special-order items, are usually shipped within 21-24 business days.
We do offer an express processing service. All orders which require express order processing are subject to a 25% surcharge plus the extra cost of express delivery.

Most of our retail Web orders are shipped within 4-7 business days from receipt of your order.
We gladly accept wholesale accounts. To open a wholesale account with us, please contact us at sales@thecorkscrewshop.com for more information.
Please allow 10-14 days for wholesale orders to ship. All wholesale orders which require express processing will also incur a 25% surcharge.
There is no minimum order value for retail purchases.
Minimum wholesale order is $125.00, excluding shipping & handling charges. All wholesale orders which do not meet the minimum order value will be charged an additional $10 service fee.
We reserve the right to change our items listed for sale, the prices of those items, and the specifications of those items without prior notice.
Credits against future purchases, refunds, or any special coupons we issue are available for redemption against our normal Internet retail pricing only, and cannot be combined with other coupons, sales or special offers we may make available from time to time.
If you have any questions regarding anything including products, delivery times or returns, talk to us about them before you order!
If the quantities you require are less or more than those listed, contact us so we may quote you a price directly.
We reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternative product of equal or greater quality or value.

All disputes, or problems of any kind, that you cannot get resolved through our Customer Support Department should be initially directed to our offices via USPS mail, return receipt requested.
